The story behind Amorcito

We’re a couple who genuinely love cooking together. For years, we made food simply because we enjoyed it. Then, after cooking for friends, family and events, we started hearing the same thing again and again:

“You guys should open a restaurant.”

So we thought... maybe it’s time to find out.

Amorcito brings together our Caribbean and Latin roots with our love for exploring food. We’re drawn to flavors that feel familiar, but still have something unexpected about them. We want to create food that makes you curious, brings people together and keeps you reaching for one more bite.

Our Honey Hawaiian Rolls are the first taste of that journey.

We don’t know exactly where Amorcito will take us yet.
